Instructions for ordering online
1. To order items click on the add to cart button.
Make sure you use any dropdown menus for size, color,
etc before hitting add to cart. If you are ordering
line for example make sure you type in the quantity.
2. After hitting add to cart, the shopping cart window
will pop up indicating what you have on order. If you
are ordering line for example make sure you type in the
correct quantity. If you have other items to order you
can close this window. It is always accessible by
pressing the view cart button on the left side of the
webpage.
3. When you are ready to check out you need to hit the
checkout button on the shopping cart and follow the
directions.
4. After completing the transaction you will receive
an e-mail with all of the details of your transaction.
Masts, booms and poles are not available via
online ordering and payments must be made via check.
Orders for these items are taken via phone, fax etc.
Delivery of online ordered items is via USPS
Priority Mail or FedEx Ground , but items can also be
delivered to regattas upon request.
We also accept orders via phone and fax as well as
walk up orders at regattas we are attending.
International Orders
For international orders we have to charge extra for
shipping. You will not be charged shipping during the
online ordering process. Once we have reviewed your
order we will send you an e-mail with the estimated
shipping charges for your authorization. Once we have
you authorization for the shipping charges we will
charge you credit card. We will make every effort to
ship you product in a timely and economical manner.
Orders are considered international when a shipment
is sent to a non US address.

All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
